"Up With Life" Suicide Awareness & Prevention & the Henry County Mental Health Alliance would like to invite you to the 2nd Annual "Let's Talk!" Mental Illness Awareness Walk 2015! This year we are putting our heads together, and reaching out to not only individuals that who been effected by suicide, but by mental Illness as a whole. 25% of American adults suffers from a diagnosable mental illness, and we have made it our mission to bring awareness to our community & surrounding communities about the importance of mental health. So join us in breaking the stigma that surrounds mental illness!

Up With Life is coming to U of I!
Up With Life Suicide Prevention is taking a trip to the University of Illinois spring, and everyone is invited! Students, teachers, and residents are welcome to spend the day at the main quad to help raise money for awareness of suicide prevention, mental health awareness, and self-acceptance. Activities will start at the main quad on campus, and a 5K walk will be held. All proceeds will go to No Stigmas!
